I know this has been asked before but I’m still having trouble getting my head round it.
When completing DHP3A do you include the total years expenditure plus all overpayments (net of any recovered amount), even where these apply to a previous years award?
We have a case where no award has been made for 04/5, but we have created an overpayment relating to 03/4. Should this affect our claim for 04/5? Our feeling is that it shouldn’t but would like confirmation that we’re right.
