I am about to calc the above can someone confirm whether I am correct or just talking rubbish?

o/p from 2004 – 2006. Capital £25,000.

Am I correct in assuming we must use reg 103 for each 13 weeks of the o/p, until notional capital reached £6000? also as it will be a fair few weeks until the claimant is entitled (below £16,000) Am I correct in saying that for those 13 weeks that there is nil ent we should just reduce by £1300 until tarif income sets in.

If anyone has any detailed notes and also how do this rule on I-world I would be very grateful if you would like to send me a copy.
