Have claim where the claimant, according to his partner has gone back to Pakistan and is in private clinic for treatement. he is getting dla c and mob low rate.
should these benefits end as he in hospital albeit abroad. I know they did in past end dla but not sure now.

I think the clinching factor is that it’s privately funded so I believe DLA will continue if this applies to a case in the UK.

Whether it should remain in payment whilst abroad I don’t know.
