    As per (DMA reg (4)(7b))

    Does anyone have a link to the

    ‘relevant benefit within the meaning of [b:df8a365be6]section 8(3) of the 1998 Act[/b:df8a365be6]’

    As I am re-writing training notes and cannot seem to find it in opsi.

    Tax Credits are not included as they are…er…tax credits, not benefits

    I’ll get my coat…..

    I was pondering this then, thought that if the tax credits increased we would go back to the date of increase, and missed the point.

    Fascinatingly enough, I have just noticed that for the purposes of Schedule 6(21)(1) of the HB (Persons who have…etc) Regs 2006, the definition of “benefit” includes both WTC & CTC…
