Does anybody know if there is an SLA between the Debt Management Centre and the LA??

I am looking at ensuring all our SLAs are up to date and trying to see if this is still in existence

Hi,

My understanding is that DWP debt management prefer to keep relations informal. That said, we find them very helpful whenever we contact them.
