Call to those out there that have moved into the 21st century and offer e-billing:
How do you provide this? Is it by a pdf attachment of by a emailed link to a pdf document? Is this part of a self-service module or a stand alone option?
Are copy bills saved to your DIP system / CRM system / Billing system?
Did you end up using your software supplier’s solution or via a third party?
