Since March we have sent benefit notification letters to 4 of our largest landlords using e-notifications / e-mail (we are an IBS site).
Things have gone well and we are now looking at extending this to benefit claimants.
I wondered if anyone else does this and whether they could give me any helpful hints and tips to avoid certain pitfalls. In particular:
1. Carrying out a risk assessment
2. Publicising e-notifications and getting customers on board
3. Maintaining e-mail addresses and getting customers to tell us if they change
4. Lessons learned
