I have a self employed person whose income is nil. Do i apply an earning disregard against his WTC which is his only other income? Thanks for any assistance

Are we talking child care? If so yes as long as the rest of the conditions are satisfied. The fact he has nil income should not, in itself, affect any other aspect of his entitlement as long as all other required conditions are met.

Its not for child care, its if earnings disregard for working over 16hrs is taken from WTC because his s/e income is nil
