    Hi,

    Has anyone devised a standard questionairre to send when deciding if an EEA National is an ‘unreasonable burden to the state’s benefits system’?

    If yes, I would love to be emailed a copy: sam.spencer@merton.gov.uk

    Also, does anyone know of any Commissioners Decisions on this subject.
