We are in the process of accepting claims electronically, and have decideded that they don’t need to be signed. I’m now trying to write a suitable declaration for the form. Does anyone else accept them like this, and would you be willing to let me see the declaration you use.

Hi Simon,

We are planning on going live in October, and like you will not be asking for a signed declaration, but will be acceping a tick box.

The declaration is the same as out standard claim.

We’ve been using electronic claims for a couple of years now, our electronic declaration basically states “by submitting this form you agree to…” then our standard declaration copied from the paper claim form.
