End of entitlement – when to terminate from?

    I cancelled a claim from 21/10/12 as we were advised the customer has moved out on 16/10/12 with no forwarding address, but she was moving out of our area.

    The customer is now a homeless placement via our housing needs dept from 19/10/12 back in our area, and claiming hb once again from this date. Do I cancel the hb back to 15/10/12 & create an overpayment of hb on the previous address to recover from the customer? – Mental block!!


    The change to terminate the award would be the Monday following if the customer vacated and had an ongoing rent liability so the *vacation* of the first address for our purposes would be 21.10.2012 so if he moved into a new property from 19.10.2012 use this as the change of address date so there is a continuous award.
