Hi

We have a customer who was released on an ECL. The licence states he is released on ECL from 16/06/08 to 03/07/08, but his sentance does not expire until 03/10/2008.

From what I have read regarding ECL’s he can claim HB from 04/07/08 but am unsure whether we shouldn’t pay him until 04/10/2008.

Please help- totally confused! :15:
