End of I.S entitlement

    I have the following scenario and I would like to check that we are dealing with this correctly:
    30/10/03 we receive an I.S cancellation (4 weeks run on is then applied)
    10/11/03 we receive notification of P.C award
    17/11/03 we receive a HCTB1

    As this is to be treated as a change of circumstances, what is our notified date/date of change

    Sunita, all HB claims from pensioners can be backdated to the start of Pension Credit without subsidy penalty. So I am not quite sure why it really maters?
