Enquiry office – ideas invited!

    We are looking to redesign our very busy pubic enquiry office that deals with queries for Benefits, Council tax, NNDR and rent arrears.

    Coming across the usual issues of safety for staff whilst providing a more open and congenial area for customers.

    Is there any one who has gone through this process recently and come up with a design that satisfies both or establishes some middle ground?

    Would like to speak to anyone who can offer any help and or design suggestions?
