Hi. A customer is awarded an EPPat a Local Authority property. During the first week of the EPP he moves to a privately rented property.
Normally we would pay the rest of the EPP at the new property. However, there is a 2 day gap in liability (He didn’t move into the new property straight away). Does this cancel out the EPP?
