Has any one got a best practise guide they would share please
Also
1. does any one have a list of elligible and not elligible charges
2. sinking fund – if reasonable , can be included !
3. loans ?? if they put they havea loan can we take any in to account
4. We have a hostel who wishes to refurbish , they have 10 bedrooms , they are asking can they claim for any of the cost? i.e decoration , carpets etc , as the rent will be increased once done
also want to covert a 2 bed house to 4 bed mother and baby unit , any advise please
