    Hi
I know we are supposed to refer rents 52 weeks after the date of the last referral.
If we refer a rent and then the customer requests a re-determination – does the 52 weeks count from the date of the original referral or the redetermination referral?
    Thanks.

Plenty of views but no replies ….
Can I add – what if there is a substitute referral? I’d say 52 weeks from date of original referral. Also – what if there is a relevant CoC and a re-referral done? I think maybe 52 weeks from the date of the re-referral.
Can anyone confirm dates for all three examples?

I’d say it’s 52 weeks from the date of the original referral. Reg 14(1)(f) & (g) is not qualified by any reference to Regs 15 – 18, nor do those Regs refer back in any way to Reg 14(1)(f) & (g). So I think the 52-week cycle continues unaffected by any redtermination or substitute determination.
