    Once we get the ETD confirming IS/JSA END we were thinking to suspend the claim straight away and send a letter with a form. If nothing received within the month end the claim as normal. As we do not know if they expect to work for more than 5 weeks we would not award the EP. Is anybody else doing it differently?

    If possible, we’re going to phone the claimant to establish the 5 week issue. Then we’ll tell them about the in-work claim, the proofs we’ll need, and then send them a shortened claim form with covering letter.
