Extended Payment and Pensioner Run On Statistics

    Currently for Extended Payments we count 2 change in details stats. One when we award the Extended Payment and one for the in-work claim. I’m happy with this!

    Its the Pensioner Run On that i’m not sure about and i can’t find anything about it. We count 1 change in details stat for this and i’m not sure if this is correct. Should we be counting two like we do with Extended Payments?

    Can anyone point me in the right direction where i can find something that actually says how many change in details stats should be counted?

    Sorry bearing in mind I’ve been out of stats for a while!! an EP is just an extension of entitlement, same as the PRO, the change of circs is getting into work or getting to pension age, have I missed something?

    There is guidance that says the EP would be counted as 2 cic’s. Previously it was counted as a CIC’s and then a new claim but it changed in October 2008 i think it was

    I did say might be missing a bit on stats. 🙂 But if there is nothing in the current stuff for counts I can’t see how you are wrong?

    Edited: current stuff for counts on pension credits … was what I meant. Sorry..

    Thanks Kay. I’m actually doubting whether we should be claiming 2 CIC’s stats for Extended Payments now because i can’t find the guidance on this either now!

    I’ve found the EP bit now thank go! You would count 2 cic’s stats for this. Still not sure on the Pensioner Run On though!
