Extended payment, change of address with previous LHA top up

    We are in the process of dealing with a change of address where the clmnt received the top up at her old address.

    The clmnt is also entitled to an extended payment which covers both addresses.

    Can anyone tell me whether the clmnt should be entitled to top up during the extended payment at the new address?

    Yes – EP is paid at rate of award prior to end of JSA/IS.
