    Having just read Paul Howarth’s letter dated 29 July 2003 to all Chief Executives regarding Housing Benefit and Pension Credit, how many of you are looking to redirect staff from HB admin and processing to fraud investigation? ❓

    Above link should work however I’m not sure if the Chief execs letter is there.
