    hostel dweller vacates on a Thursday but is made liable for the whole day

    is HB payable for that day?

    this was a query from a site I recently worked for, I said its payable but they have said Adelphi advised them they shouldn’t pay it even if they’re liable?!

    so I said I post it for the world to respond!

    it seems I’m right and erm well…..erm…Adelphi is giving duff advice, no surely not……
