    LHA clm.
Lone Parent is full time student, but also works 16hrs per work. She pays child care costs but receives the Child Care Allowance within her University Grant (which is disregarded), she does not receive any child care allowance within her tax credits even though she receives wtc1 and ctc. Due to her working 16hrs do you input the child care costs in the clm or not? because normally f/t student we don’t but working 16hrs we do? Looked in Zebedee 2009/10 and this is not covered in any section.

I would say that you do include the child care costs because she is working over 16 hours and incurring those costs. After all, the child will need to be cared for both while she studies and while she works so she needs more child care than a non-working student.
