I am looking at combining the checking of the gas safety certificates and energy performance certificates for Private Landlord cases alongside the benefit claim.
I was wondering if any other LA’s do this and if so if there is any advice you have.
I know its not a condition of benefit etc and will only be done alongside, not part of the claim, but wondered if anyone else had found it effective or not. Thanks
