    Can anyone please share with me their experiences of going live on Gov Connect. Ours have been difficult to say the least.

    All our staff have been moved to within a ‘virtual secure area’. Those staff now have new e-mail accounts with new e-mail addresses, with all the association issues of keeping access to both e-mail accounts. There is no or limited access to certain systems, printers need resetting, systems have slowed, no or limited access to CIS, overall frustration all round!!

    Our systems people are gradually sorting these things out, but is has been a very difficult week.

    Are we alone in experiencing these problems?
