Hi,

Can anyone point to me to a copy of the above decision? It’s from 2000 I think and relates to a claimant’s intention to return. I’ve looked everywhere but with no luck 😕

Closest I am aware of is LBHF v (1) Andrew Clarke & (2) Donna Clarke. The year is right and it relates to the intention to return in the context of a notice to quit.

If this is the one give give me an email address & I will forward it on.
