    The percentage increase reflects my gas & electricity bills – I’m sure it’s right, particularly as increase was far less the previous year

    Thanks – I didn’t miss it until I was saving A20/2006.

    The uprate’s the only circular of the year I actually want to see, and they can’t manage to send me one!
