Hello

We’ve just had amendment 19 through for the HB / CTB guidance manual. I don’t seem to have ever received amendment 18 (and neither does anyone else in the office). Does anyone know when it was issued and if there was much in it?

Amendment 18 came out in April 2009 and it’s a chunky one – about an inch thick.
