Morning all.
Do any of you currently measure your staffs individual performance on the amount they collect within your Housing Benefit Recovery/Overpayments section?
If so how do you collate the information to help you do this? Is it something your system does? Do you have ‘leader boards’ up on the wall etc?
Any information possible on your performance monitoring for the above staff would be great.
