    Which LA has the best designed claim form? Is portrait or landscape layout better?

    Our claim form is only 11 pages long and both staff and customers are happy with it. It takes less time fill in, less time to read and to process. We spent a long time revising it with staff and partners.

    It has been checked by the Audit Commission and changed according to their suggestions.
