We are academy site and I have had team members ask about supressing stats and so my question is :

I have been informed that stats should be supressed on Academy when acting on a HBMS or an intervention case.
The theoy being that the claimant has not informed us of a change in circs.

what do you reckon, I DO NOT want to fiddle any PI’s here but every little thing helps!

as far as I was aware anything to do with interventions is to be supressed??

unless I am doing it wrong

If you are using Academy you need to make sure that you are completing the ‘Assessment Required’ field in the Intervention frame and selecting the intervention item on the Assessment frame. This will create the correct stats and these will not be recorded for the COC PI.

We only supress stats when carryingout an assessment linked to HBMS, a fraud enquiry etc.

As Karen says if the assessment required field is completed you shouldn’t have any stats produced for changes in circs.
