Help please! – Instalments not starting until 1st November

    Unfortunately my backgroud is in Benefits and my Revs colleague is away at the minute, so need some advice on the follow;

    Staff are creating DD instalments plans today 14th, expecting 1st instalment to show as 1st of October, but the system is showing the 1st instalment as 1st November. Appears to be becuase the bill due date is not until Saturday 17th (outside 14 days required notice)

    Do you think we have one of parameters set up wrong? Apparently this has just started happening today
