Hi,

Would anybody be able to point me in the right direction of where i can find out about recovering hb overpayments of £5000+ via the high court. I’ve been on Hmcs website but i couldn’t really find what i was looking for. I think i need an idiot’s guide!

You need the County Court Rules which will explain how this is done. The courts service website http://www.hmcscourtservice.gov.uk (I think) should help.

Do I know what I'm doing? The jury's out on that........................
