We are currently looking at using High Street solicitors to take prosecutions on behalf of the authority. I was wondering if anyone who also does this would be prepared to share any information regarding costs. An average ball park figure per case or any guidance would be great.

Our solicitor made some enquiries with a solicitor in Bodmin (Chris Nicholls) and he was quoting £150 per prosecution. We put the file together, he takes the case on our behalf.
