    I’ve been asked if Warden charges were eliglbe for HB in 2001-2. Unfortunately I don’t have any guidance etc for this period and wondered if anyone out there may have the answer?

    It just so happens I still have a 2001 Findlay around my desk!

    Schedule 1B of the 1987 Regs covers this and Schedule 1 does not specify it as ineligible.

    Some use for us old – timers then!!

    Do I know what I'm doing? The jury's out on that........................

    Dug out an old CPAG for 2001/02. It advises the guidance re eligible housing costs can be found in circular A17/96. Haven’t got a copy to hand unfortunately but there may well be one in the basement. If I can find it I’ll have a look!
