    Andy, but I thought David Cameron wanted us to get rid of “bureaucratic rubbish” such as Equality Impact Assessments and Eric Pickles didn’t want LAs to waste time and money on them (No 45 of his “top tips”)!! J)

    Maybe they’ll change their minds (again) if they lose this case….
