We are receiving the IWK4’s but the question relating to capital seems to be hit and miss. On contacting JCP they state their desk aids are limited but on contacting our regional contact hey are giving differing advice. We are thinking to send our capital page from our claim form to all claimants to clarify and confirm their capital. What are other LA’s doing? Thanks.
