After seeking advice on this topic previously I would like to seek further advice. I work in a hostel and we are currently reviewing out account procedures. I would like to know if anyone has an example of a formatt for individual rent accounts. Which identify third party, blameless tenant deductions and recovery for arreas at previous properties. I would appreciate any ideas or sign posting.
