Information On CIS

    We went live this week and we are having trouble interpreting the details.

    We are unable to determine what type of JSA is in payment from the details displayed.

    We are not finding anything to show if the customer qualifies for a run on.

    Another example would be as follows: When looking at a pension credit award I see two awards both with same start date (say 01.06)and one of those has and end date of 18.09 -Is pension credit in payment or not?

    Can anyone help?

    I may be able to help with the JSA query – look at G6/2006 – this bulletin gives screen prints of the screens you need to look at to find out if claimant is getting JSA(ib) or JSA(c) and explains which is JSA(C) – basically you go into the award history and then click on the details of the award period you are looking at – this is where you find out which type of JSA is in payment

    We have been using CIS since May and still don’t always know what it is trying to tell us!
