That link is to the HB Regs. It’s the version in the CTB regs I have a problem with…

No, I think you are right – I’ve just downloaded both sets of Regs from Butterworths to be sure. They are different. It may be intentional but I would suspect not.

Are you doing a CTB/HB sub? If so it should be an interesting one!

I remember this being an issue when the original regulations about first contact were bought in, at the time it was claimed it was an oversight. I thought it was mean’t to be have been corrected in the new regs but obviously not!

What sort of person quotes the CTB regs first and the HB regs second? We all know that the HB regs are always quoted first…
