Have we received a circular with our intervention targets yet?

Might be wrong but I think the answer was in A3/2006 para 18. This in turn ref’d you to S4/2005 to obtain you caseload figure for around June 05. The figure they are using is the number of cases submitted on your HBMS data dump for that month. 50% of will then become your annual requirement for 2006/07.

However all above were presented as “proposals”?
