Looking for bright ideas out from out there.

Anyone else look like they are falling short of their intervention target?

We have a very transient population here and that together with claimant’s telling us of changes is having an impact on our ability to meet the intervention target set. Obviously we don’t want to be “intervening” shortly after being told of a change / move.

A number of ideas have been considered but the bottom line is that the number of cases available to us to intervene (for example, those that have not had a recent change) is limited.

How are others dealing with this?

I would suggest taking the opportunity to check all the required areas when somebody notifies you of a coc, that way you can count it as an intervention. It’s easier to do this if the change is reported in person at an office.
