IS Ceasing from the wrong date

    We have a claimant who is in receipt of IS and HB/CTB.

    She has informed us that recently that she started working full-time in March 2006 earning approx £1000 per month.

    The problem is the DWP have ended her IS entitlement from July 2006. 😡

    Are we bound by the DWP decision or can we apply the correct decision and supercede her HB/CTB to create the overpayment 😈

    Any comments muchly appreciated,
