    Very easy query I’m sure…just having one of those mornings…

    BRAND NEW LIABILITY NEVER CLAIMED IN BOROUGH BEFORE

    STD RECVD 17/10/06
    TSD 13/10/06
    DATE MOVED IN 13/10/06
    I/S AWARDED AUG 2006 STILL ONGOING.

    DO WE PAY MONDAY FOLLING STD RECEIPT DATE AS NOT PROVIDED STD WITHIN THE SAME WEEK AS THE TENANCY START DATE?

    OR I/S / JSA(IB) EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE!

    [b:e343dcde51]HBR 83(5)(b) [/b:e343dcde51] applies in conjunction with [b:e343dcde51]HBR 76(2)[/b:e343dcde51] & [b:e343dcde51]HBR 80(2) & (4)[/b:e343dcde51].

    Probably, the mistake was to think of the HB/CTB claim as a “standard” claim. Just think of it as [u:e343dcde51]a[/u:e343dcde51] claim. Then follow the rules.

    In your case, benefit starts from 13 Oct 2006.
