    Can anyone help in suggesting where I can get more information on Individual Voluntary Arrangements and the effect they may have on recovery of a HB overpayment?
    Can HB still be recovered from ongoing entitlement? What would be the relevant legislation?

    If the overpayment was raised and notified before the IVA you should be listed as a creditor and will be able to claim your share (which may not be very much). If the overpayment was raised after the IVA you may recover as normal.

    What if the overpayment was raised after the IVA, but for a period before the IVA. I am getting conflicting advice on this issue. Thanks, John
