    As those of you will know who have worked on the Working with Landlords bit of the Performance Standards, one of the requirements is that the LA writes at least once a year to LLs about the responsibilities, overpayments etc etc. (5.4 a)

    I am looking to set up a newsletter, but I would welcome any information and advice from anyone who does this already or who has done in the past.

    What worked/didn’t!?
    What do LLs like to hear about?

    And anything else which may help. I will be doing the usual internet trawl, but if anyone has anything please email me, or post a message here.
