We have been operating a landlord portal for several months and are looking to stop sending paper schedules altogether. Details of all payments the landlord has received for each tenant are on the portal.
We are considering sending text messages of total payments on the date payments are issued to the other landlords who do not use the internet.
Have any other authorities stopped sending paper schedules to landlords?
Have an other authorities used texting to advise of payments made?
Any help appreciated.
