    Does anyone have a copy of the letter DLCAP/19 which is supposed to be sent to the claimant atthe time the AT37 is sent to TAS? If so, could you e-mail it to me please?

    The draft TAS letters for not duly made appeals were issued in Communications Bulletin 8 dated 16/07/01.
    I still have hard copies of these letters (not electronic unfortunately), so I can fax them if you want to send a fax number.
    I should add that DL/CAP19 is NOT one of them. Mine are numbered 22, 22a, 33, 34 and 39.
