We have a claimant who has the leasehold on a pub which she no longer occupies.  The pub is clsoed and she is trying to sell the leasehold for £20k.  Is the leasehold an asset or is it property and we can disregard it as it's up for sale? Thanks.

Assuming this was her previous business, the value is disregarded as an asset while reasonable steps are taken to dispose of it.
