Please can someone tell me the LHA rate in the following scenario:

    Claimant
Claimant’s 17 year old dependant daughter
17 year old’s non dependant partner
    17 year old’s 18 month old child
    Claimant’s 3 year old child.

Not sure if it should be 3 rooms or 4

    Thanks

I’ll go with 3. One for the claimant, one for the couple and one for the 2 kids under 10.

The 17 year old is a dep and the parner would be a non dep though?

Being a dependant isn’t a factor. One room for an adult couple over 16 (even if one of them is still dependent on the claimant), one room for any other adult over 16 (the claimant) and one room for the 2 under 10s. All the LHA room requirements specify is the age and partnership status, not if they are dependants.
